Berenguer IV

Everything went well, great service from desk staff, great breakfasts, room was beyond expectations, hotel centrally located and around the corner from the train station. After Tortosa we travelled to Tarragona and stayed in KeyHotel's other hotel Hotel Astari.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and in a better condition than some 4* hotels I’ve recently stayed in. Air conditioning in the room was very good. The parking was close by, secure and the spaces were large/easy to park in.

I was travelling a long way from south Spain to France by car and I had a halt at Tortosa, I was mainly looking for a hotel with parking since I had a lot of things in my car that I did not want to leave in the street nor dod I want to carry everything to the hotel, so the plus for me on that trip at the berenguer hotel was the parking and I was very happy to find out it was on the basement of the building, the room itself was clean and comfortable, nothing to say there,

The breakfast and staff was fantastic, the facility was spotless. The front desk and maid staff was exceptional.

Really central location, easy to walk everywhere. Very close to train station. Staff very welcoming. Very clean. Lovely bathroom. Great shower.
